1. Obtain Jeevan Pramaan from Citizen Service Centre

Citizen Service center is a kiosk under Digital India Mission which are meant to deliver public utility services, social welfare schemes, health care, financial, education and agricultural services. Jeevan Pramaan Certificate can be obtained from Citizen service center very easily since CSC centers are easily accessible and widely spread across the country.

Documents you should bring at CSC Centre.

CSC Centre needs only few documents to issue Jeevan Pramaan Certificate or Digital Life Certificate. (1) Aadhar Card or Digital Aadhar Card or M- Aadhar App will do. (2) Saving Account Passbook or Account Statement or Account Details in Digital Form.
